Who is it for?
The reseller program is built for companies that provide hosting, business email or IT support to their customers: web hosting providers, managed service providers (MSPs), IT service companies and web agencies. You add a customer's domain to your panel and point its MX records at the gateway. Your customer is protected from spam, viruses and phishing, while the billing and the relationship stay with you. Spambil never sends branded email to your customers.
What can you do with the reseller panel and API?
| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| REST API | Add and cancel domains, run MX and mail-host checks, manage quarantine, allow/block lists and statistics with an API key. Connect it to your own customer portal or automation. See the reseller API documentation. |
| Bulk domain import | Add dozens of domains at once from a CSV file or a single bulk API call instead of one by one. |
| MX & mail-host checks | Check whether a domain's MX records already point to Spambil, and whether the destination mail server still resolves. |
| Team access | Give people on your support team panel access with their own logins. No shared passwords. |
| CSV export & statistics | Download all of your domains with their last 30 days of mail, spam and virus counts in one file, which makes reporting to your customers easy. |
| Central quarantine | View every customer domain's quarantine in one place: release messages, allow senders or block them. |
| Allow / block lists | Manage per-mailbox allow and block lists for any of your customers' domains. |
| Passwordless login | Sign in to the panel with a one-time code sent to your email address. |
Approved resellers sign in to the reseller panel in English; the API and this documentation are in English too.
How does pricing work?
- Pricing is per domain, per year. Each domain can have an unlimited number of mailboxes.
- As your number of active domains grows, the price of each new domain you add goes down in tiers.
- A domain keeps the price it was added at when it renews.
- The current price list is shared once your application is approved and is always visible in your reseller panel.
- International resellers are billed in US dollars through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record: a one-time signup fee, then each domain yearly. Taxes are calculated for your country.

How does it work technically?
Spambil is an email security gateway that sits in front of your customer's mail server. The customer's MX records point to the gateway; every incoming message goes through authentication checks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), reputation lists, content analysis and virus scanning, and clean mail is delivered to the customer's existing server (cPanel, Plesk, Exchange, Zimbra, Microsoft 365, etc.). No changes are needed on the customer's server or in their mail clients. Mail traffic is processed on our infrastructure in Türkiye.
The full endpoint list is in the reseller API documentation.
Frequently asked questions
Will my customers see the Spambil name?
No. Spambil never sends branded email to your customers. You offer the service as your own.
Is there a limit on the number of mailboxes?
No. Pricing is per domain, and each domain can have unlimited mailboxes.
Can we integrate it with our own control panel?
Yes. Domain management, quarantine, allow/block lists and statistics are all available through the REST API, so you can connect them to WHMCS or your own software with your own integration.
How are resellers billed, and do you bill in USD?
Yes. International resellers are billed in US dollars through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record: a one-time signup fee, then each domain yearly. You pay by card or other methods Paddle supports, and taxes are calculated for your country.
