What is Spambil?
Spambil is a business email spam filter and inbound email security gateway that runs in front of your company's mail server. You point your domain's MX record to Spambil, and every incoming message is scanned before it ever reaches your server. Clean mail is delivered to your existing server within seconds; spam, viruses and phishing are held in quarantine. Your mail server, addresses, Outlook and phone settings all stay exactly as they are.
Spambil is built by JusBil Software Technology, which has operated mail-security infrastructure in Istanbul since 2018.
What checks does every email go through?
Sender authentication
SPF, DKIM and DMARC results are verified, catching forged emails that impersonate banks, couriers — or your own domain.
Reputation blocklists
The sending server is checked against known spam sources and DNS blocklists (DNSBL), so botnet traffic is stopped at the door.
Content and link analysis
Subject, body and links are scored against known spam and phishing patterns.
Virus and attachment scanning
Attachments are scanned for malware before they get anywhere near your server or your users' computers.
Any message whose total suspicion score crosses the threshold is not delivered; it goes to quarantine instead. Want to go deeper? Browse our email security guides.

- Passwordless quarantine panel: Employees type their email address, sign in with a 6-digit code and manage their own quarantine. No passwords to remember, no reset tickets for IT.
- Daily digest: On days when mail lands in quarantine, a short summary arrives each morning: sender, subject and score.
- Release and trust: Deliver a wrongly quarantined email in one click, and make sure that sender is never quarantined again.
- Block lists: Block a sender you never want to hear from, and they're turned away at the gateway.
- Multiple domains: Manage all your domains from a single panel.

- Enter your domain and your current mail server's address on the signup form; your 7-day trial starts immediately.
- In your DNS panel, change your MX records to

Your outgoing mail isn't affected; it keeps leaving from your current server with your current settings. Spambil works alongside cPanel, Plesk, Microsoft Exchange, Zimbra, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace — or any mail server that receives mail over SMTP.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to change my mail server?
No. Spambil works in front of your server; you only change your MX record. Clean mail is forwarded to your existing server exactly as before.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged. We don't ask for a credit card, so there's no automatic payment. If you don't subscribe, protection stops and you simply point your MX record back.
Where is my mail processed?
Mail is processed on our own servers in Türkiye. Quarantined messages are kept for up to 2 years and deleted automatically. Under the GDPR we act as your data processor and offer a Data Processing Addendum. Details are in our privacy policy.
Does it work with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Yes. Your MX record points to Spambil and clean mail is forwarded to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Your users keep working in Outlook or Gmail as usual.
