Who we are
Spambil is the business email security product of JusBil Yazılım Teknoloji Otomotiv Ltd. Şti. (JusBil Software Technology), a company based in Pendik, Istanbul, Türkiye. JusBil was founded in 2018 by Kerim Aksanoğlu as a sole proprietorship and has operated mail-security infrastructure for its business customers ever since; in October 2025 it became a limited company, JusBil Yazılım Teknoloji Otomotiv Ltd. Şti. We built Spambil to turn that infrastructure into a service any company, of any size, can start using in a few minutes.
What we do
We run a spam filter and inbound email security gateway that sits in front of companies' mail servers. We scan incoming mail for spam, viruses and phishing attempts and hold anything suspicious in quarantine. Hosting providers and MSPs offer the same infrastructure to their own customers through our reseller program and reseller API.
We also publish free email tools anyone can use (blacklist, MX and SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks) and practical technical guides for solving everyday email problems.
Our principles
- Don't disturb what already works: Setup is a single MX record change. Your server, addresses and email apps stay the same, and your outgoing mail is never touched.
- No-surprise pricing: Simple monthly plans by mailbox count. The free trial needs no credit card, and you can cancel anytime.
- Passwordless by design: You sign in to the panel with a one-time code sent to your email address.
- Straightforward about your data: We tell you exactly where your mail is processed and how long it's kept.
Where your mail is processed
Spambil runs on our own servers in Türkiye, and your incoming mail is processed there. Quarantined messages are kept for up to 2 years and then deleted automatically.
If you are subject to the GDPR, we act as your data processor for the mail we filter on your behalf, and we offer a Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Our privacy policy explains what data we process and why.
How billing works
International customers pay in USD through Paddle.com, which acts as our reseller and Merchant of Record: Paddle handles checkout, sales tax and VAT, and your receipts. See pricing for plan details.
